We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions Excluded from Warranty Claims:
If customer is not happy with the look & feel or minor differences in shades, color or sound quality of a defect-free product.
If any physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
If an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
In case of any damage due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, or if the product has been attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents.
Accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, or the device subjected to extreme temperatures.
Wear and tear occurring due to regular usage of the device.
Product Pricing
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this web site in Pakistani Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
2 Conditions:
- If you receive the parcel not matching the item you selected, the company is responsible for a full refund of your payment.
- If you receive the item you originally selected, exchanges are allowed, but limited to two times. No refunds will be issued in this case.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
