We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

Shipping is completely free within Pakistan. Orders over Rs.3,490 also qualify for free delivery.

Orders are processed quickly and usually arrive within 2–4 business days.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

We offer a 15-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify:

  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  
• 
  Returns are accepted for wrong items, damaged goods, or product issues (size, fit, or color).
  
• 
  Final sale items, clearance products, gift cards, and items damaged due to customer misuse are non-returnable.

Wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

The first exchange is free.

You may exchange up to two times per order.

Additional exchanges may require a shipping fee.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
