📆 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

🔁 Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for the following:

  • Unused, unwashed items in original condition

  • Items with tags and original packaging

  • Wrong item received

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Issues with size, fit, or color

⚠️ Note: Returns are only allowed under specific conditions. Please read the refund section below.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)

  • Items that are worn, used, or damaged due to customer handling

  • Gift cards

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photo or video proof (if damaged or incorrect item)

Important: Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Ship approved returns to:

🔁 Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? No problem!

  • Your first exchange is completely free

  • Additional exchanges may incur shipping charges

  • Exchanges are allowed up to two times per order

💵 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

✅ Full Refunds Are Issued If:

  1. You receive an incorrect product that does not match your original order.

  2. The item is damaged or defective upon delivery (reported within 48 hours).

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days after return approval and product inspection.

🚫 Refunds Are Not Issued If:

  • The correct product was delivered and you simply changed your mind.

  • Item was damaged due to misuse or customer handling.

⚠️ Warranty Limitations (Non-Refundable Conditions)

We cannot accept returns or claims in the following cases:

  • Minor variation in color, size, or sound quality

  • Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Issues caused by electrical surges, water damage, pests, or misuse

  • Product repaired or tampered with by an unauthorized source

  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • For international cards, bank charges and currency rates apply

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund
