If you receive the parcel not matching the item you selected, the company is responsible for a full refund of your payment.
If you receive the item you originally selected, exchanges are allowed, but limited to two times. No refunds will be issued in this case.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Amazing.! Before buying I was to much scared about product and its quality. But after using it I am amazed by its quality.
Amazing battery life approx double of apple airpods pro gen 2.
Fell much comfortable just like a earring. Sometimes I forgot that I am wearing them.
As I am an airpod user at starting I fell a little wired because nothing is inside the ear and feel like a earrings .
Mic quality is good.
Recommend for bike users, gym and exercise, and for office as it awares you with your surroundings.
Nice stereo effect and surrounding awareness.
But at extra loud volume like above than 75% on mobiles it starts listening to other people sitting colse to you. They fell that something is playing. But if the volume is 100 then the person sitting next to you clearly listen everything.
Quality is amazing. Very flexible and durable. Although Earcuffs feel premium but if they are made of silicone type material instead of polymer it will increase premiumness and comfort.
Value for money.
Touch control button needs attention as it the touch is too hard.
